QUIP is a community arts organisation based in the southwest of the UK.

QUIP is for people who are: lesbian, gay, bisexual,homosexual, transgendered, queer or any combination of the above

and who are: performance artists, cabaret acts, actors, dancers, musicians, singers, comedians, storytellers, acrobats, circus performers, aerial artists, fools, clowns, walkabout characters, erotic performers, theatre technicians, costume dsigners, set designers, directors, drama teachers, community artists or other performance-related artists or any combination of the above, or who would like to be involved in any of these things.

QUIP aims to provide a network and events where we can:

celebrate our achievements, provide support for each other, help challenge homophobia and transphobia in our workplaces, keep an up-to-date email list, organise metings/ support groups/ forums/ discussions/ socials, share information about our work and ideas and create LGBT performance opportunities that build our own LGBT-friendly audiences across the region.
