Since it's beginning in 2005, QUIP has received grants from Awards for All and the Devon Community Foundation. It has produced 2 large-scale cabaret-type shows at The Barbican Theatre, Plymouth, led a series of theatre workshops for people of different sexualities in Plymouth and produced 5 days of workshops and performances in Totnes, Exeter, Bude, St Austell and Truro in 2008. These included an evening cabaret at The Phoenix in Exeter co-hosted by Surreal Saloon, and performances and workshops at the first Cornwall Pride in August, 2008.
